BEST IN FINANCIAL SERVICES

DMA_Blue.png

My work on this project earned me a nomination as a Finalist at the 2021 Irish Digital Media Awards.

Designing engaging interfaces and an understanding of the importance of content structure had always been part of my design process. But working on this project made me think more than ever about user flow, users' goals and objectives. Looking back now, there are many ways I could have improved on this project with a more critical UX strategy, if I had the knowledge and experience I now have.

My Role:

UX and UI Designer

Methods:

Competitive Benchmarking, Sitemap, User Flow Diagram, Wireframing, Prototyping

Tools:

Illustrator, Sketch, Invision

Timeline:

August – September 2020

Project Overview

valid8Me aims to revolutionise the way we store and share our most sensitive information, such as passports, utilities, and driving licences, and bring digital transformation to the labour-intensive world of Customer Onboarding. I was tasked with creating a sleek online presence that would allow horizon8 to introduce and explain how their solution would transform the landscape.

The website was targeted towards 3 distinct audiences – Personal users, Business users looking to share documents and Business users looking to Onboard Customers. I needed to understand each user's journey in order to design a solution that would empower each user to flow effortlessly through the site. I was also tasked with integrating this design into the UI of the customer-facing mobile app.
